Philosophy

- We have a very reasonable return policy.
o Core Items: We will accept returns of core items for any reason at any time.
o Custom or Special order Items: We will work with you to correct any issues with regards to customized merchandise. We will always correct our mistakes. In other cases, non-personalized merchandise will be returnable with a 15% re-stocking fee.
- We ship fast and reliably. We typically ship all items ordered 2 weeks after they are received. Custom order lead-times are estimated and stated for all products. Seasonal program timelines are clearly stated and adhered to at the time they are launched.
Showroom Visits and Access to Samples
- All core items are physically available for viewing at the following address. As seasonal programs are introduced, program samples will be made available to the regional offices for viewing.

Gift Boxing
- We’ll gift box any item in the catalogue program. Our service will include a gift box, tissue, ribbon, and a gift card. We can send the gift either to you or the giftee of your choice. The cost is $6.00 per gift box.
Personalization
- We’ll monogram or personalize any garment we sell.
o Please add $5.00 per item for simple script or block lettering up to 20 characters. Please state the monogram colour choice desired.
o Custom embroidery is available and quoted separately.
